Title: Beyond physical recovery: psychosocial readiness after ACL reconstruction

Julien graduated in physiotherapy in 2013 and completed his further training in Sports Physiotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) in 2014. He is currently working at the Uperform Centre. The centre enables patients to be taken care of from A to Z right up to their return to the field. In addition to his clinical work,heI also hold a part-time research position at the Université libre de Bruxelles, where he is currently completing his PhD. His research focuses on the psychosocial aspects and impact following an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rupture and reconstruction. Julien also teaches courses at various Belgian universities on both the theory and practice of lower-limb injuries, with a particular focus on knee injuries.
