In this course we want to respond to questions that live with physiotherapists, S&C coaches, personal trainers and provide an answer based on science. We offer a perfect mix between theory and practice where we immediately convert science and knowledge into the most efficient session for the various goals within rehab & performance training. We reach solutions for an individual approach and Small Group Training in Performance & rehabilitation!

This course will cover the following topics:

• Force-velocity profiling & fibre type transitions
• Exercise biomechanics & big 5
• HIIT & neurocognitive training
• Eccentric & decceleration training
• Hypertrophy for athleticism
• Micro dosing and neural priming
• The Spinal Engine
